We are particularly interested in providing a forum for the discussion of best practice applications of the VIA Character Strengths.  How are you using the Survey in your work?  How are you measuring your results?  What is working, particularly well? 

Are you a psychologist? Author? Researcher? A life coach? Consultant in organizational development? Are you an educator or social worker looking to fine-tune your strengths-based approach to client service?

The VIA Community (membership) section of our site provides a great place for you to talk with others and post your findings. We'll "mine" that information, looking for effective practices and pioneering practitioners.  This is where we'll throw the spotlight on you, your research, and your practice.

 


Science-Based Practice Grows 

The number of individuals and organizations, world wide, who provide training and coaching using the VIA Surveys and Classification is growing, exponentially. We are initially impressed with individuals  who have completed the University of Pennsylvania Masters in Positive Psychology Program (MAPP) and Appreciative Inquiry Consultants.
