The VIA Inventory of Strengths (commonly known as the VIA Survey) assesses strengths of character. The *NEW* VIA Survey-120 is a revised version of the original VIA-IS which was developed by renowned psychologist, Christopher Peterson, Ph.D. as a 240 item, scientifically validated, questionnaire that provided a rank order of an adult’s 24 character strengths.  The new revised version takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and descriptive results reports are available for both individuals and professionals.  The VIA Survey is offered in 18 languages. The VIA Youth Inventory of Strengths (commonly known as the VIA Youth Survey) measures strengths of character through a 96 question survey.  It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and is designed for youth ages 11-17.
