The VIA Interpretive Report Code is used by individuals and by coaches, psychologists and other counselors with their clients.
After registering to take the VIA Survey of Character at www.viasurvey.org, the survey-taker inputs the code in the "Research or Consultant Code" field. Immediately upon completion of the VIA Survey, his or her Interpretive Report is e-mailed in PDF form directly to the purchaser of the code - consultant or individual.
In addition to the regular VIA-IS results report, which describes one’s strengths in top-down order, the Interpretive Report includes raw data scores, weights of the strengths in virtue categories, placement of signature strengths on Dr. Chris Peterson’s circumplex model, and comparative data, plus a comprehensive description of each signature strength.
