Character Strengths Coaching (one-on-one)
Character Strengths Coaching aims to help develop and implement strategies to reach client-identified goals of enhanced performance and personal satisfaction. Coaching may address specific personal projects, life balance, job performance and satisfaction, or general conditions in the client's life, business, or profession. Coaching utilizes strengths-work, personal strategic planning, values clarification, brainstorming, and other goal-achievement strategies. It is also likely that your coach will incorporate discussion of your VIA Pro Report (or other VIA reports) in the coaching process.
Character Strengths Coaching may also involve case consultation in which the coach offers opinions and ideas regarding the coach's work with a client.
Coaching sessions will be charged at the rate of $75 (US) per half-hour session. Packages of three, half-hour sessions are offered at $150 (US). Fees for coaching sessions must be paid in advance of services provided. You are required to give 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or change the time of an appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged for the session in full. Every effort will be made to reschedule sessions which are cancelled in a timely manner.
