Authentic Lives Workshop (Online)

- Please register with your information to complete the VIA Survey.

- Complete the survey by answering all the questions.

- Upon completion of the survey questions, you will be asked for some demographic information about yourself (which you don't need to give if you don't want to), you will then be asked to give consent to share your results with your facilitator (please leave this box ticked), and then you will be presented with a page listing your 'Character Strengths in Rank Order'.

- Scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the blue button: "Download Your Results".

- Save the Report (PDF) onto your computer.

- Finally, upload this PDF onto your Authentic Lives profile at authenticlives.org.
