Lucia obtained her PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Barcelona, an MSc in Occupational Health Psychology and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Nottingham. She is the co-founder and official chairwoman of the European Flow Researchers Network (EFRN) and she is a board member of the European Organisation Design Forum (EODF) the leading European community co-creating a new breed of organizational models.  Lucia is an active Speaker, Systemic Coach and Happiness Consultant.  She serves a happiness director for various companies in Europe and Latin America, helping her clients developing an awareness, alignment, and appreciation of their strengths and the strengths of others, leading to more fulfillment in their lives and the lives of others they touch. She uses her scientific expertise in the field of positive psychology to provide her clients with solid scientific tools to enhance organizational well-being and performance at work. Lucia has published her work in scientific outlets such as the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology and The Journal of Happiness Studies, among others. ROGER BRUFAU / KNOWMAD SPARK / CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER: Innovation and knowledge seeker whose strategies encourage creativity, individual and group talent and collaborative learning.

Psychologist, systemic coach and family therapist. He oversees teams in a wide variety of organisational contexts (healthcare, education and corporate), and is a lecturer and trainer at universities and public institutions. He is an expert in the use of game mechanics applied to business strategies, achieving harmonious team management and people empowerment.
