Meet Alisha Powers! Alisha serves as Director of Instructional Design at VIA. Alisha leans into her signature strengths by being a supportive team player who values diverse perspectives and insights. Central to Alisha’s core values are compassion, equity and community. These values allow Alisha to craft holistic learning experiences that cater to the needs of the entire individual - experiences where the individual feels seen, understood and valued.
Alisha holds a Master’s degree in Education from Arizona State University. Having worn the hats of caregiver, educator, leadership coach, facilitator, and curriculum developer, she possesses a wealth of insights that inform how she crafts learning opportunities, transforming the individual and collective learning experience.
Outside the office, you can find Alisha building memorable experiences with loved ones. Whether it's engaging in games, strolling in nature, or sharing a meal, she cherishes the value of quality time spent together.
