Leveraging her character strengths of judgment and perseverance, she ensures that our clients receive the best possible resources and prompt resolution of any issues they may encounter. Her teamwork strength shines through when she collaborates with her VIA colleagues, sharing insights from customer interactions to drive continuous improvements in our products and website.

Her career journey boasts an array of impactful roles. Having served as an Executive Assistant to Dr. Neal Mayerson for over 18 years, she has exemplified her aptitude for administrative excellence. Her time in customer service at Clopay, where she assisted customers with technical garage door installation and product purchases, has equipped her with a deep understanding of customer needs.

Outside of the office, you can find Chris fishing at the lake or spending time with her grandchildren.
