Jim McCann has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources (HR), concentrating in the areas of work-life, EAP, health and wellness and management training. He was a founding director of CareLinc Inc., the nation's first data-based work-life referral company, providing resource and referral services to over a million employees and their families, including Fortune 500 companies such as EDS, Nabisco, Vanguard, Dell and GE. He was a co-developer of the Work-Life Toolkit®, an award winning HR software program which provided human resource professionals with a suite of measurement tools to assess a wide variety of work-life initiatives and predict their effectiveness and return-on-investment. Jim worked with the University of Pennsylvania, Department of Psychiatry, to develop their behavioral health provider network and management training services and for the last eight years, he has been providing business consulting and support services to healthcare and wellness organizations. Jim is married with four adult children and lives in Media, PA.
