An Exercise To Practice Your Appreciation VIA Strength

For 3 days, carry with yourself a piece of paper.
On it, write down everything you notice around you
that is beautiful and wonderful from a flower in bloom
to a ‘thank you’ or act of kindness.

At the end of your 3 days, has your list grown?
Have you found yourself noticing more that is beautiful?
