This is mindfulness—active awareness.

Practice Mindfulness In Our New Program

Research shows that regularly practicing mindfulness can improve well-being, lower stress and lead to improved psychological functioning. There are many techniques and exercises designed to awaken and focus your attention, and VIA is bringing them to you with our new Mindfulness-Based Strengths Program. Join Dr. Ryan Niemiec (MBSP practitioner) as he integrates character strengths and mindfulness practices into a rich online course that is interactive, experiential and informative. Dr. Niemiec has led  many  well-attended live MBSP courses , and now he is delivering the program in an online platform. This course is perfect for any individual interested in experiencing and practicing mindfulness/meditation and any professional interested in leading MBSP programs.
