Sonya Tinsley-Hook

Sonya Tinsley-Hook is a coach with a passion for helping people “know, grow, and show” their own strengths. As the founder of the All Our Strengths project, Sonya’s mission is to teach people how to become strengths champions in their own schools, families, neighborhoods, and community organizations so that everyone’s strengths can be nurtured and developed. Sonya is also committed to creating and supporting positive change within our public schools. A former PTA Co-President at a 2016-18 National PTA School of Excellence, Sonya is now serving as the president of her PTA Council which represents 50 PTA local units in DeKalb County, Georgia. Sonya has a B.A. in English and a Master’s degree in Psychology and Leadership Coaching. Three of Sonya’s signature VIA character strengths are Humor, Curiosity, and Love of Learning which are all extremely helpful when coming up with fun ways to teach people about their strengths! https://www.allourstrengths.com/
