Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice (MBSP) is an 8-week evidence-based program that teaches you how to enhance well-being, improve relationships and manage life problems and challenges. This program will help you shift from a general unawareness of your mind’s patterns and your character strengths to a greater “awakeness” to yourself, others, and the world around you.
