This course will help you leverage your strength of hope, and all of your other character strengths, during times of transition and change (for example, a change in employment or relationship status; retirement; etc.). You'll explore how your strengths can help you face challenges with confidence and emerge happier, more self-aware and more resilient. Use the lessons learned now and use them to prepare for future challenges that may come your way.

This course is organized around four phases of transitions. Giving attention to each phase can help you bring the best of yourself to life challenges. Learning key tips and research around each phase can also assist you in educating and guiding your clients through their life transitions.
